Do Investors, Developers or Designers need to be registered as SDA providers?

Investors, developers, designers, builders, and owners of SDA dwellings don’t need to register as SDA providers themselves. The SDA provider is the formal service provider under the NDIS and is responsible for compliance with all mandatory SDA requirements. In most cases, they act under a Head Lease to manage properties. Provider registration is only required if they choose to manage the properties themselves.
