Andrew is a specialist SDA Safety and Compliance Consultant within our SDA Property Management Team. He brings a hands-on approach to each area of responsibility, which will include conducting thorough property inspections when tenants move in or out, documenting the condition and identifying maintenance or compliance needs. He is experienced and will deliver detailed reports informing businesses, building owners and tenants about their property’s condition.

Andrew also specialises in emergency evacuation planning for SDA participants, assists with the preparation of Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs) and provides training in the use of Stairway Evacuation Devices, including Evacuation Chairs and Sleds.

As a certified investigator, he has worked closely with government authorities, conducting audits prioritising adherence to and safety with regulatory standards. He is highly experienced in identifying training needs and implementing effective coaching and training programmes.

His diverse qualifications, skills, and experience include building safety, maintenance, and evacuation preparedness. He ensures environments are compliant and ready to handle emergencies. His ability to identify risks and provide tailored solutions ensures peace of mind for all stakeholders involved.
